Input: school quality, Output: residential sales price 

a.              Question: How does school quality affect residential sales price?

b.              Hypothesis: School quality will positively influence housing price

c.              Method: Difference in Difference

d.              Application: Examine two school districts where one district has high school quality (treatment group) and one with low school quality (controlled group)
