I am writing an analytical economics report ( term paper) for my economic development class as a sophomore in college. The report must include an abstract, introduction, literature review, main problem, limitations, and conclusion, with each section submitted individually on a weekly basis. I initially submitted my introduction but received a low grade, as my professor suspected AI use and topic is “ purely economic”. To ensure I improve my work and achieve a high grade, I want to refine my approach and correct any mistakes.

This requirement initially confused me, so I believe it would be helpful to confirm and refine my topic before proceeding with the assignment. The final report must be 12-15 pages long and include citations, graphs, figures, and models, though not at an advanced level. While no written guidelines were provided, I took notes on the verbal instructions given in class and can clarify any details as needed. I need to communicate with the writer to explain and make sure they get the concept.
