ABSTRACT – The abstract, nevertheless, lacks a bit the research question, it is stated later in the concept, but the start is a bit descriptive.<\/div>\n
LITERATURE REVIEW – you could pinpoint a lot earlier and more clearly, why organizational culture is so specific, different, and difficult to manage in the case of MLM companies.<\/span><\/div>\n
Regarding the literature review, I saw that you already read numerous books, but you should integrate even more scientific journals. There you will find a lot more specific and current research.<\/span><\/div>\n
