From the fight on the battlefields and on the home front during World War II and the 15 years of the post-war era, inhabitants of the United States fought valiantly for freedom and liberty.  However, during that critical period, various groups had been blocked in the path to prosperity and had to struggle even harder to earn a piece of the American dream.  When you consider the material in <\/span>Chapter 22 (World War II)<\/strong> <\/span>and\/or <\/span>Chapter 24 (An Affluent Society, 1953-60)<\/strong>, and the Primary source material included under the \u201cVoices of Freedom\u201d headings in the textbook, craft a 5-paragraph essay with an arguable thesis on the above prompt.<\/p>\n
