\ninto the organisational development (OD) approach with reference to the
\nInvestCo case study. <\/span><\/p>\n

Assessment Method:<\/span><\/b> <\/span>Individual coursework in the form of a written report.<\/span><\/p>\n

Word limit:<\/span><\/b> <\/span>4,000 words maximum. References and Appendices (such as analytical models

\nNOT use figures to replace text. Ensure your analysis is clearly described in

1.   <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>ASSIGNMENT <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Ben Chase, the Chief Executive Officer
\n(CEO) of InvestCo has commissioned you to investigate why the Aspire
\norganisation development (OD) programme was not successful, and make
\nrecommendations going forward. <\/span><\/p>\n

Your task<\/span><\/u> is to analyse and evaluate the case study
\nusing your knowledge of the practices and principles of Organisation
\nDevelopment taught on the module to produce a written report. Guidance for
\ncompletion of the report is set out in the sections below. Further detailed
\nguidance will be provided in lecture and workshop 7 (Assessment Support). You will need to familiarise yourself with
\nthe case study, InvestCo. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The CEO is also keen to learn from
\nyour expert knowledge of a specialist Organisation Development (OD) topic. You
\nshould incorporate your knowledge of a specialist topic (i.e. your \u2018insights<\/b>\u2019
\ntopic of either<\/u> Culture, Social Exchange Theory or Diversity &
\nInclusion) into your recommendations (see module outline; further information
\nwill be provided in lectures 1 and 7). <\/span><\/p>\n

The Format and
\nStructure of your Report<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The assignment should be presented in a written
\nreport format. You should use numbered headings and sub-headings as appropriate
\nand ensure there is a clear structure to your work. Also, include a separate
\ntitle page and references page. Ensure any figures (such as completed templates
\nshowing your analysis and using the practical tools from the module) are
\nclearly labelled in an Appendices section and referred to in the report. <\/span><\/p>\n
