\nof the rational decision-making model (Bazerman and Moore, 2013), and will
\nbecome (once completed, assessed, and edited) the foundation of your critical
\nassignment. From the sector of your choice, you will identify and define a
\nproblem, identify all relevant criteria in the decision-making process,
\ndetermine the relative value (weight) of each of the criteria identified, and
\nidentify\/research possible courses of action. While this paper is not a
\nliterature review, the section containing the generation of alternatives may be
\nthought of as a review of the literature surrounding each possible course of

\nRational Decision-Making Process \u2013 Describe the first four steps
\nof the rational decision-making process as it applies to the identified

        \n relevant criterion in percentages (e.g., .15 equals 15 percent) that total
        \n 100 percent. All your criteria weights must add up to 100 percent.

      3. Generating alternatives – Generate
        \n three-to-five (3-5) alternatives to address the problem you have
        \n identified. Be sure to comprehensively describe each alternative to ensure

        Mitigating Bias <\/span><\/i><\/b>( one page)<\/span><\/i>

        \nIdentify two heuristics\/biases that could negatively impact a
        \npotential solution to the problem you identified. Remember that any discussion
        \nof heuristic\/bias should include a definition, application, and mitigation.
        \nIdeally, you can pick each bias from a different heuristic area of
        \nAvailability, Representativeness, or Confirmation. Use Table 3.2 for
        \ncomprehensive list of biases (Bazerman & Moore, 2013).<\/span>

        \nReflect on the decision-making process, evaluate the fairness of
        \nthe decision-making process so far. Asses the repercussions of the process on
