You should also consider how your professional identity is socially and contextually constructed by referring to relevant concepts covered in Week 7. You should present the following clearly:<\/p>\n

  1. Draw on the references you identified in your formative assessment, identify the aspects\/ factors related to the relationship between education, work and identity that you will consider in your essay.<\/li>\n
  2. How do the chosen factors that you will discuss in this essay define your professional identity? What is their relationship to education and work? How do the social and contextual factors affect your professional identity?<\/li>\n
  3. What are the other debates about this relationship? You need to acknowledge them to locate your topic in relevant discussions, even though they may not be very relevant to your own experience.<\/li>\n
  4. Explain why these other definitions are less relevant to your own experience and reflect on the relationship between work, identity and education that reflects the way you have experienced professional identity formation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
