She cannot afford national health insurance via the Affordable Care Act, and is hoping to just \u201cget by” until her 65th<\/sup> birthday when she can qualify for Medicare. The patient picks up her teenage grandchildren from school three days a week. She has two adult daughters who live in town. <\/p>\n
