Why or why not? <\/p>\n<p>\u2022 In your opinion, is public housing offered fairly in our country? <\/p>\n<p>\u2022 How does an outsider\u2019s opinion about a neighborhood or community differ from an insider\u2019s?<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 What are the differences between civil rights, economic rights and societal obligations? How do they intersect? How do the differences impact the narrators in High Rise Stories and 70 Acres?<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 How open to interpretation are the words \u201crights\u201d and \u201cobligations?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 How do people\u2019s political perspectives, and\/or personal experiences, shape their opinions about public housing and other societal issues?<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 What are the benefits and challenges of creating a Housing Bill of Rights?<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Is there a difference between legal rights and societal responsibilities?
