You will be translating the medical information from the report into layman\u2019s terms in order for the patient and patient\u2019s son to understand.<\/p>\n<p>Please be sure use complete sentences, proper grammar, and spelling. You can use medical terms, however, you must also use layman\u2019s terminology. Remember, it is your job to explain to the patient\u2019s son what has occurred.
