You will expand your discussion of the community practice that you have identified and recommended in the previous section, by applying the concepts listed below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cohesion <\/strong> <em>For example, Peer support builds this, which then builds participation<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Participation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Resilience<\/strong> <em>how communities can become more resilient when empowered to participate<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Empowerment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>You may want to use definitions of these terms to make your discussion more theoretical. Then apply these terms. For example you could illustrate the challenges of stigma, or language barriers, etc that need to be overcome for an intervention to be effective. Also illustrations of good practice may be seen to challenge these wider societal issues beyond just helping an individual to recover. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusion <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Summarise the main points, this may include which strategies, approaches and skills are most important in leading best practice in the community. You may also identify critical issues which are problematic in the real world. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Recommendations <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These may be handled together or separately from your conclusion, in accordance with what works best for your project.
