In this sense, emphasis is given to landmark rulings such as Vicky Hern\u00e1ndez v. Honduras, Baylis-Flannery v. DeWilde, and ECHR\u2019s B.S. v. Spain, revealing a variety of regional approaches to intersectionality in judicial practice. These cases facilitate an analysis of the intersections of gender and race, gender identity, and legal and professional status. Additionally, the paper examines Mexico\u2019s recent legislation Ley Paola Buenrostro.
