I also feel uncertain about which major to choose, which adds more stress. On top of that, I\u2019m preparing to transfer to a bigger school, and it\u2019s a lot of pressure. It\u2019s a challenge, but I\u2019m determined to push through and figure things out.<\/span><\/p>\nThe text talks about how important it is to set goals and find a sense of purpose. I think that using the smart goal-setting method can help me make small, specific goals that are easy to track. For example, I can set a goal to meet with an adviser soon to talk about my major options. I can also set goals for study time, making sure it fits around my soccer schedule and recovery. This way, I can stay on top of things and make steady progress.<\/span><\/p>\nPlaying soccer has given me a lot of practice in setting and reaching goals. I\u2019ve set goals for improving my performance and adjusted them when I faced setbacks like injuries. It\u2019s taught me how to stay focused and keep going, even when things get tough.<\/span><\/p>\nOne thing that really helps me in school is asking for help early on. I go to office hours, meet with advisers, and use tutoring services whenever I\u2019m struggling. Getting help right away makes it easier to understand the material and stay caught up. I\u2019ve learned that it\u2019s better to ask questions than to fall behind. This approach has saved me a lot of stress and helped me succeed in my classes.<\/span><\/p>\n
