  5. Personal explanation of the importance of how biblical leadership increases the effectiveness of leadership in different environments<\/li>\n
  6. Personal statement of how to defend against pitfalls or bounce back from shortfalls in a biblically consistent manner that includes taking ownership\/responsibility<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
