For this final Portfolio Project, your CIR manager (in
\nthis case, your Course Instructor) has<\/span><\/p>\n

provided comments on the components of the M&E
\nFramework that you have submitted so far<\/span><\/p>\n

and has asked you to submit a revised version of the
\n\u201cfull\u201d plan for finalization.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the first chapter, you will provide a summary
\ndescription of your overall approach to<\/span><\/p>\n

monitoring and evaluation. The next two chapters will
\ncontain revised versions of Portfolio<\/span><\/p>\n

Projects One and Two.<\/span><\/p>\n

For Chapter 3.4, CIR has asked you to develop a
\nDissemination Strategy, where you will identify<\/span><\/p>\n

at least three (3) stakeholders that might benefit
\nfrom the various learnings that could come from<\/span><\/p>\n

the program indicators and evaluation questions in
\nyour M&E Framework. For a list of potential<\/span><\/p>\n

stakeholders to include, please refer to the actors
\nand potential partners that you identified in<\/span><\/p>\n

your grant proposal for CLCM 601 (particularly in
\nPortfolio Projects One and Two). Please see<\/span><\/p>\n

the video in Module 8: Week 8 titled Watch: Organizing
\na Dissemination Strategy for<\/span><\/p>\n

Your Portfolio Project should meet the following
\nrequirements:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Include: Title and Bibliography page<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Format of Assignment: Turabian<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Number of Words for Chapters 3.1 and 3.4: 300-600
\nwords<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Number of Citations in each Chapters 3.1 and 3.4:
\none citation per chapter<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Your Portfolio Project will include proper
\nformatting, grammar, and spelling. Thoughts<\/span><\/p>\n

should be well-organized and cohesive.<\/span><\/p>\n
