Since then, I gave it a try and have seen a<br \/>\nsignificant reduction in my anxiety since I began meditation. A.\u201d This review sdefine meditation and<br \/>\nmindfulness, and discusses the relationship between stress and health.<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">&nbsp;It also gives a brief review of the<br \/>\nissues related to the mechanisms of change and the dose-response relationship<br \/>\nregarding mindfulness meditation. The second source I chose is, \u201cMeditation<br \/>\nCould Help Anxiety and Cardiovascular Health.\u201d This review indicated its main<br \/>\ntopic and finding was how one hour of mindfulness meditation was shown to<br \/>\nreduce anxiety and some cardiovascular risk signs. The third and final source I<br \/>\nchose is, \u201cEffectiveness of Mindfulness Meditation on Depression, Anxiety, and<br \/>\nStress among Undergraduate Nursing Students: A Quasi-experimental Study.<br \/>\nJournal of Clinical and Diagnostic Research\u201d by &nbsp;Anthony A. &amp; Prasad\u201c.<br \/>\nThis reviews main finding was the effectiveness of mindfulness meditation on depression,<br \/>\nanxiety,&nbsp; and&nbsp; stress&nbsp; among&nbsp; undergraduate&nbsp; nursing<br \/>\nstudents. These three sources are directly reflecting meditations effect on<br \/>\npeople who suffer from general anxiety disorders. There is quite a population<br \/>\nof people who have been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder. My last source,<br \/>\nnarrowed it down further, by them only researching nursing students. Which is<br \/>\nwhy I choose to narrow it further down as well, to just the students at Gavilan<br \/>\ncollege for researching purposes. I can compare those numbers before and after<br \/>\neach semester if I would like to narrow it down further. I am still determining<br \/>\nthe in-depth approach I would like to take.
