  2. Provide a thorough answer to the chosen discussion prompt in at least 300 words<\/span> and address all parts of the prompt.  <\/li>\n
  3. Follow instructions from the prompt about how many specific direct quotes from the Required Learning Materials you should include.  <\/li>\n
  4. Provide in-text citations and a reference list for any paraphrases, summaries or quotes in MLA format<\/a>. <\/li>\n
  5. Demonstrate that you have fully engaged with the material and are thinking about it in ways that add to your learning. <\/li>\n
  6. Include a word count at the bottom of your post<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Choose <\/span>five <\/span>terms from the vocabulary list for this week that are new to you or that are discussed in our Learning Resources in a way you have not thought about. <\/span><\/span>Make sure you choose <\/span>a few <\/span>terms from<\/span> the<\/span> readings on culture and<\/span> a few from the readings on<\/span> <\/span>technology. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      OR<\/strong> <\/strong>if you want to test how helpful and effective AI Tools are for tasks such as defining terms in a particular field, you can ask an AI Tool like ChatGPT to provide a definition. After getting the definition, compare it to the one in our Learning Resources and assess its accuracy. Then, state if it is accurate or inaccurate. If the AI Tool’s definition is inaccurate, lacks important details, or is incomplete, you should make necessary clarifications to make it more aligned with the Learning Resources. Make sure to cite your use of AI using <\/span>the MLA guidelines here: <\/span><\/span>https:\/\/style.mla.org\/citing-generative-ai\/<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n
