The paper must include a thesis statement and must contain at least one research question to be answered or a hypothesis to be tested. The assignment must be a research paper in which you draw conclusions based on high-quality research referencing academic or scholarly sources. The sources you use must represent research not the opinion of authors. Expect to use our online library and to find peer-reviewed journal articles textbooks and reports from think tanks and government agencies such as CRS or GAO as your sources.<\/span><\/div>\n
