We have started reading and discussing various Leadership Theories.  We are surrounded of examples of leadership in our work, home and play.  I am sure you have often thought about what make leadership effective or not.<\/h3>\n

We are going to dive into research into Leadership.  We are going to complete this assignment in Two Steps.<\/h3>\n

Step 1 – 1st Paragraph, Thesis Statement and Sources (WK 3)<\/h3>\n

Step 2 – Final Draft (WK 4)<\/span><\/h3>\n

The first step is the selection of your area of research and developing your thesis statement.  For this part of the assignment, answer the following question, then write your first paragraph with your thesis statement.  <\/h3>\n

Your research paper needs to be based on your thesis statement that reflects a question or thought that you have about leadership, which allows you to conduct research to support (or not) your thesis.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n
