\nassignment will be scaffolded and submitted in 3 separate stages all building
\ntoward the Theory Application Paper: Final Submission Assignment. <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The purpose of
\nthis assignment is to provide you with experience in applying theory to
\nreal-life outcomes by incorporating accepted theoretical constructs to program
\ndevelopment. Specifically, you will select a public health problem that impacts
\na designated priority population and use the PRECEDE model<\/i><\/b> to build a
\nframe to support an intervention to address it<\/i><\/b>. Your intervention must incorporate 1 or
\n2 behavioral constructs<\/i><\/b> in an attempt to control or mitigate the
\nproblem. You will follow this with recommendations of measures to improve
\npublic health policy or practice<\/i><\/b> in order to promote and sustain
\nefforts and positive outcomes. At the end of your paper, you will provide a
\nreference list of at least 10, current, professional sources<\/i><\/b> used in the creation
\nof the paper.<\/span><\/p>\n
