\npaper will deal with introducing the topic, identifying key issues, current
\nstate of activity in the area, and future directions. The students will deliver
\non these items by identifying and using the leading research in the area from
\nthe latest editions of major finance journals; use at least four peer reviewed
\nacademic articles, and<\/u> four credible professional\/business journals,
\nnewspapers or magazines.<\/span><\/p>\n

The
\nresearch project (written and presentation) should provide a comprehensive
\noverview of the topic by integrating the topics covered in this course as they
\nimpact the area. Special consideration will be paid to the integration of
\nfinance topics while grading these projects<\/b>. As such, students are
\nencouraged to develop their papers in a manner which will highlight their
\nunderstanding and integration of the topics covered in this course as part of
\ntheir research project.<\/span><\/p>\n

The
\npresentation will be professional in tone, and reflected in all aspects of the
\npresentation, such as attire, delivery, content, etc. The presentation will be
\nfor 10 minutes, and include a Powerpoint-style slide deck. Your presentation
\nwill include you and the slides simultaneously, i.e., as if you were presenting
\nlive at a conference or meeting).<\/span><\/p>\n

Efforts
\nshould be made to make the presentation interesting and useful. Use of photos,
\nvideo clips, handouts, etc. are just some of the ways in which your
\npresentation can stand out.<\/span><\/p>\n
