Your introduction must be created using a WORD CLOUD or WORD ART. The process is simple! To create your WORD CLOUD using Wordle go to <\/span>http:\/\/www.wordle.net <\/strong>for instructions. Wordle is just one program for creating a word cloud or word art. There are numerous other word cloud programs, several of which are free. You may use the program of your choice. Include the following <\/span>three areas of focus<\/strong>:<\/div>\n
    \n
  • (1) Include words that describe you as an educator and as an individual.<\/li>\n
  • (2) <\/span>Our focus virtue for this course is respect. <\/span><\/strong>Include action words that demonstrate respect towards team members and colleagues. <\/li>\n
  • (3) Your top two words to describe your strengths in your current leadership mindframes from the chart on p. 11 in the text.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Once you have created the Word Cloud, upload it into the discussion and then write three paragraphs (see below for the 3 paragraphs).<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n

    • Then, select the ‘insert image’ icon on the toolbar to insert your Wordle WORD CLOUD.<\/li>\n
    • Post your paragraphs:\n
        \n
      • (1) A brief paragraph that gives us insight into the words you have chosen to describe yourself. <\/li>\n
      • (2) In the second paragraph, describe the actions you feel demonstrate respect towards team members and colleagues. Tell about a time when you either felt that respect from your leader or you demonstrated respect to your colleagues.<\/li>\n
      • (3) Finally, in the last paragraph share a reflection of your mindframes for effective leadership. Which of the 10 mindframes do you feel most confident in and why?
