Finances:<\/b> <\/span>How much money has your candidate raised thus far? What are the major sources of their funding? How are they spending their funds?<\/p>\n

Polling:<\/b> <\/span>Identify 2 polls that include your candidate and race. Compare the results of these polls. After presenting the results of the polls, briefly critique the polls applying at least 2 concepts we discussed in class.<\/p>\n

Ad Analysis<\/b>: Select an advertisement from this election cycle that is officially approved by the candidate (They say at the end, \u201cMy name is X and I approve this message\u201d or at the end of the ad it reads \u201cAd paid for by X\u201d). Briefly explain what the ad contains. Then analyze it using at least 2 concepts or theories from the text. You have a lot of flexibility here, just be sure to be specific, and use your concepts to better understand\/assess the advertisement. You can use course concepts to assess the ad for content themes, elements, strategies, political theories they appear to be adhering to or violating, etc.<\/p>\n
