Annotated Bibliography (40 Points)<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Students will be required to submit an annotated bibliography of at least ten (10) peer-reviewed sources relevant to their approved topic. Of these sources, at least eight (8) must be original research articles \u2013 meaning no Literature Reviews, Meta Analyses, Editorials, Op-Eds, Position Stances or similar. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The annotated bibliography should be written in APA format. Each annotation will consist of:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Two to four sentences summarizing the main ideas of the source (Describe the methodology of the study and the relevant outcomes)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>One or two sentences assessing and evaluating the source (Compare and contrast this source vs others, Is the information reliable and objective?)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>And one or two sentences reflecting on the source (Was this source helpful to you? How does it help you shape your argument\/research question?)<\/span><\/p>\n

The annotated bibliography will be due, via Blackboard submission, by <\/span>11:59pm on the date listed on the Course Calendar.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n
