  1. The IBS 2201 Final Project Assignment will require students to analyze how cultural and other differences between home and foreign country influence the business\/marketing strategy of the international company competing in that foreign country<\/li>\n
  2. Submit your Part 1 Assignment here.  This is due at the end of Week 6. <\/span><\/strong> Late submission will attract penalties (10% deduction per day).<\/li>\n
  3. You are free to select an international company and the foreign\/host country that the company competes with outside the home country. Your selected company and the host country has to be approved by your Instructor<\/li>\n
  4. The assignment is to be submitted as a Word document with Times New Romans font, size 12 with a one-inch margin, and <\/span>double-spaced<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. The written submission should be <\/span>between 4<\/strong> <\/span>to 5 pages<\/strong> <\/span>for Part 1<\/strong>.  These exclude cover page and references. Your cover page shall include Name of Course (IBS 2201), name of international company selection and the host country as well as the submission date<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Your paper shall include a Reference list (in APA 7th edition format and listed alphabetically). See attached for Summary of APA Guide and examples for proper APA referencing and in-text citations<\/li>\n
  7. Students are expected to <\/span>proofread <\/span><\/strong>their assignment and spell check their submission using MS Word spelling and grammar checker. Points will be deducted for lack of academic discipline<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Students should note that the <\/span>School has a strict policy against plagiarism<\/strong>. Assignment submitted with excessive TI similarity score will be given zero scores and reported to the School for disciplinary actions as needed.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. All submissions will be validated with Turnitin (TI) which is the platform used by the School to flag any plagiarism.  The acceptable TI similarity score is around 10-15%<\/strong> (excluding references and quotations).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
