You also know the contributing factors of malnutrition and some of the interventions used to address a variety of undernutrition and micronutrient deficiencies. We discussed what foods contain this micronutrient, the recommended daily amount for healthy growth, development, and functioning, and the negative consequences of not consuming enough on a daily basis.
