The annotated bibliography should be closely associated with the topic chosen for the Term\/Research Paper Assignment and each citation should appear as a reference in the Term\/Research Paper Assignment. Each annotation should reflect:<\/strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. The scholar\/researcher experience and education on the topic.<\/li>\n
  2. The purpose and scope (or thesis) of the article.<\/li>\n
  3. The research methods used (qualitative, quantitative, mixed-methods).<\/li>\n
  4. The scholar\/researcher intended audience for the article.<\/li>\n
  5. The scholar\/researcher\u2019s bias on the topic.<\/li>\n
  6. The scholar\/researcher\u2019s research questions, findings, limitations, conclusions, and recommendations.<\/li>\n
  7. The student\u2019s analysis of the article strengths and weaknesses.<\/li>\n
  8. The student should provide the relevancy of the academic source to the research paper topic.<\/li>\n
  9. The student should compare and\/or contrast this work with another work cited in the bibliography.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Bibliography is organized alphabetically.<\/li>\n
    2. Appropriate terminology it used; writing is clear and concise.<\/li>\n
    3. Proper spelling and grammar is used; sentences are properly constructed.<\/li>\n
    4. The annotated bibliography includes 8 or more <\/span>scholarly<\/u> <\/span>sources (textbooks, web sites, news articles, and the like can be used but only in addition to eight peer reviewed journal articles)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
