Purpose:<\/strong><\/span> <\/span>The Experiential Learning education project requires RN to BSN students to independently enhance learning opportunities in a community health setting.  The Community Experiential Learning projects provide lived experiences for students to balance formal instruction with the opportunity to address needs and serve a community of interest. The experiential learning education project is a learning experience for the student as well as a benefit to the community and the population it serves.  As a component of the <\/span>culminating Capstone Project<\/em> <\/span>in your final term, the NUR 3634 Experiential learning education project provides an opportunity to demonstrate community assessment, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and research skills while collaborating with community health care providers. The purpose of this paper is for students to document their plan for their final project. The project experience culminates in a teaching intervention and evaluation of participant learning during Nursing Capstone.<\/p>\n
