\nplatform enhance patient-centered communication between Arabic-speaking,
\nelderly (ages 55 and older) patients and providers regarding the diagnosis and
\ntreatment of multiple chronic conditions?<\/span><\/p>\n

\ninto Arabic and then test pilot (number of individuals to be determined by the

\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>Prepare and implement communication strategies
\n(scripts, emails, flyers, etc.) to recruit Arabic-speaking elders (age 55 and
