I am doing my dissertation on multimodal discourse analysis of antismoking advertisements using Kress and van Leeuwen’s framework of visual grammar (2021). I need assistance with the analysis.  I prefer someone with minimum MA in linguistics as I had tried the service before but was literally useless perhaps because the task requires a PhD holder skills?  <\/p>\n

Here’s the task:<\/div>\n

Corpus:  10 adverts are in Arabic and 10 are English. I have them paired based on themes (e.g., the respiratory system will have 1 Arabic advert and 1 English advert). My aim is to compare and arrive at the similarities and differences of how both cultures undertake the issue of tobacco combating. To highlight what persuasive tools each uses.<\/p>\n

I need a systematic detailed thorough analysis of each advert based on the latest framework (2021). I’ll provide you with the book, and I’ll also provide you with my summary of the framework which is part of my dissertation so it is beyond confidential and I stress that it is only to be strictly used to facilitate your work only and not to be shared with anyone under any conditions.<\/div>\n
I do not want you to write in an essay format. I need you to take the analysis for each pair directly with no introduction or conclusion, as I am interested in the content to evaluate my analysis and make use of what you can offer in case I missed something. <\/div>\n
I’ll share with you 5 pairs, assuming each advert will take one page. If it takes less, no problem, just write what you see necessary please. If you see that you need to write more and it is necessary, please do and I will pay for it provided that it is relevant to the analysis of the adverts.<\/div>\n

The analysis will be for each pair of adverts in terms of three semiotic functions: Representational meaning, Interactive meaning, and Compositional meaning.  So I kindly expect it to be organised this way:<\/div>\n
