Having someone<br \/>\nof a&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: inherit; background-color: var(--color-6); font-variant-ligatures: inherit; font-variant-caps: inherit;\">different race\/color captivates new ideas and can brings new interventions<br \/>\nto&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: inherit; background-color: var(--color-6); font-variant-ligatures: inherit; font-variant-caps: inherit;\">organizations.<\/span><\/div>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">For example, someone who may be Indian can share new ideas<br \/>\nand or awareness to a&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">company about a particular way or process of doing<br \/>\nsomething within the company that&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">they didn&#8217;t know while being in India for a<br \/>\nprevious company and that will help the current company excel in this area. The<br \/>\ncompany may have had a hard time trying to implement a policy or structure and<br \/>\nstreamline something. This individual can bring this to the&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">workplace and make<br \/>\nthe strategy easier. Race\/color also shines a light on equality among everyone<br \/>\ngiving a fair chance no matter where you come from, how you appear, who you are<br \/>\nmarried to, the texture of your hair and or who you may be associated with.<br \/>\nWhen&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">discrimination is based on race\/color we are not giving that person a<br \/>\nchance to showcase skills, talents, abilities and market themselves properly<br \/>\ninstead of immediately&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">discriminating against them. This can put limits and<br \/>\ntight barriers on their personal,&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">current or even future goals and long term<br \/>\nachievements that they may have set for&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">themselves. Studies have also shown<br \/>\nthrough resume screening of candidates with&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">certain names are discriminated on<br \/>\nusing this as a base of color discrimination.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">Race\/color discrimination can be<br \/>\nstereotype driven or viewed as knowing more or less&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">about an industry because<br \/>\nof racial or ethnicity class. For instance, a&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">company may choose a particular race<br \/>\nfor a position on how they would deal with a&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">situation over another. With that<br \/>\nbeing said, culture plays a big part in the way we do things within a certain<br \/>\nrace, country or even organization. Some employers or businesses are&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">more<br \/>\nfavorable against one more than the other contingent on that race or protected&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">class of people. This is so important because when we use discrimination on the<br \/>\nbasis of&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">color we are decapitating all human rights and humanity for all.<br \/>\nRace\/color discrimination does not allow for an individual to live out their<br \/>\ntrue potential in the workforce.
