Rose is a 19-year-old African American woman who presented to the community health clinic for a pregnancy test. She has been sexually active with her boyfriend of 6 months, and her menstrual period is now a few weeks late she reported. She also reported a normal monthly cycle. Assessment revealed that the patient is extremely nervous because she is still in college and having a baby is not an option at this time. Her vital signs are stable, pregnancy test came out positive. Rose became very agitated and distraught, saying \u201cI don\u2019t want this pregnancy.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
