  • Select segments of your written project plan that you consider most relevant to your audience to use in this presentation.<\/li>\n
  • When developing your video, consider the following:<\/li>\n
  • Depth of analysis: Are project management tools used, presented well, and appropriately delivered?<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Content approach: a project plan that is delivered well and in alignment with an appropriate direction for the project, be capable of executing the project, and show that its members possess a mastery of project management concepts and tools. (e.g., WBS, risk assessment)<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Does the video content demonstrate knowledge about the project?<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Presentation: Is the project presented clearly and concisely?<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n
