You may also choose to combine your analysis of the first two variants due to a lack of information on either one.<\/p>\n<p>A flowchart that maps the process that actually exists (variant 3).<br \/>\nA flowchart that maps the process according to variant 4, as you believe it should be.<br \/>\nA paragraph above each flowchart describing its key process components and identifying potential problems or elements of waste.<br \/>\nThree techniques for eliminating waste in service companies (selected from your Weekly Resources) and a description of how to use them for this company.<br \/>\nThree recommended changes, including the timeframe and the expected benefit(s) for each.<br \/>\nLength:  5-7 pages, not including the cover sheet, title page, and references<\/p>\n<p>References: Include a minimum of 5 scholarly resources within the last 5 years incorporating process improvement, quality control, and service planning. The majority should be from peer-reviewed journals.<\/p>\n<p>The completed assignment should address all of the assignment requirements, exhibit evidence of concept knowledge, and demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the content presented in the course.
