Consider the common interpretation of service processes in use at many organizations, which is used to identify four variants of a service process:<\/p>\n

\nThe process that everyone generally believes exists.
\nThe process as it actually exists.

\nA paragraph above each flowchart describing its key process components and identifying potential problems or elements of waste.
\nThree techniques for eliminating waste in service companies (selected from your Weekly Resources) and a description of how to use them for this company.
\nThree recommended changes, including the timeframe and the expected benefit(s) for each.
\nLength: 5-7 pages, not including the cover sheet, title page, and references<\/p>\n
References: Include a minimum of 5 scholarly resources within the last 5 years incorporating process improvement, quality control, and service planning. The majority should be from peer-reviewed journals.<\/p>\n
The completed assignment should address all of the assignment requirements, exhibit evidence of concept knowledge, and demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the content presented in the course.
