\nthat drives the agency\/program by constructing a logic model, and narrow down
\nthe focus of your evaluation project. <\/span>Paper should be no more than 10 pages (including logic model)
\nand a minimum of 7 pages excluding title, logic model, and reference. Be sure
\nto include an introduction and conclusion. Please ensure you are using a
