The school employs 79 full-time teachers, ensuring a<br \/>\nstudent-teacher ratio of 12:1, higher than the district average. This<br \/>\nstrategy contemplates how records could solve the problem of low mathematics<br \/>\ntest scores at George M. Hampton Middle School. The records summarize each<br \/>\nstudent&#8217;s academic history comprising all required state exams. Ndukwe and<br \/>\nDaniel (2020) posited that documents are the basis for the facts that direct<br \/>\nthe instruction after it has been clearly presented. The Virginia Department of<br \/>\nEducation&#8217;s website provided insight into historical data for the last 4 years<br \/>\n(2020\u20132023), which includes participation records for the SOL tests and their<br \/>\nscores. The quantitative results of this report survey are noteworthy as they<br \/>\nextend beyond student performance on the SOL exams. The data attained via this<br \/>\nmethod will be incorporated as a trend chart (Ndukwe &amp; Daniel, 2020). The<br \/>\ntrend chart provides a visual representation of the trends and patterns in the<br \/>\ndata, thus showing how test scores and attendance rates changed over the 4 years.<br \/>\nAlong with the data from the study, the interviews, and the document analysis,<br \/>\nthis approach will allow the researcher to get all the information on what<br \/>\ncauses the low math tests at George M.
