* These interventions are performed in the 1st 72 hours of life: Touch times every 6 hours, all duties should be performed during touch times (diaper changes, labs, x-rays, repositioning, etc.), no skin to skin with mothers, keep head and body neutral midline position, perform assessments slow when moving neonate, keep head of bed elevated, limit oral and in-line suctioning , avoid IV boluses, No sodium bicarb or vasopressors<\/p>\n
