The dicuss of the contribution of MDT needs to focused on supportting the chosen element of care. (ie, diatician’s role) your writting will need to be supported with supporting literacture. you need to demonstrate a more patient centre approach by evaluating the actual effectivness of the care provided to the patinet in this essay. It would useful to support your dicussion of the care pathway by refereing to Uk guidance (NICE clinical guildlines)<\/p>\n
