Based on the last paper you did, pick a change that you think
\nwould benefit the organization you studied. Then create a change management

Your change management plan should be presented in a PPT
\nof about 10-12 slides. Follow the 8 step Change Process by John Kotter that we
\nread about in week 6. and make sure you address each one. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
