3. Develop ten (10) questions for the survey (15 if you are working in pairs or small groups) that would aid in answering the research question. (Remember to review the considerations for question creation (both class notes and textbook).)<\/span><\/p>\n

4. You need to include a minimum of one (1) index question, one (1) scale question, the rest of the questions can be open ended or closed questions, depending on your needs.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Identify the variable in each of your questions and define it. What is the level of measurement?<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Two peer reviewed items – these can help you frame the general topic, sample, question, types of questions, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Individually or pairs, 4 pages, double spaced…<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Please put a clean copy of your survey in an appendix (before or after your bibliography). This should include any instructions, definitions and other information that a respondent would need to complete your survey. I want to see that you can present a survey that would get results.<\/span><\/p>\n

Don’t forget to include relevant information for the survey portion – introduction, instructions, definitions, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n
