Your task is to conduct in-depth research and analysis of a publicly traded US<\/span>
corporation, preferably in consumer goods. Your main goal is to find and analyze a subset of <\/span>data, as indicated in one of the sections outlined below.<\/span>
The most important part of this paper is to not only describe what you discovered, but to <\/span>try to attempt to explain WHY that is happening. How do they compare with their industry or <\/span>against a major competitor? What is behind the data you presented?<\/span>

1.<\/span> <\/span>The paper is already formatted to be double-spaced, Times New Roman 12 point font, with <\/span>1\u201d margins all around, and page numbers. Do not change this formatting.<\/span>

<\/span><\/div>\n
2.<\/span> <\/span>Use the most current information available.<\/span><\/div>\n

3.<\/span> <\/span>The structure of your paper MUST explicitly follow the template. In other words your paper <\/span>should be divided into sections with the headings explicitly indicated in bold.<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span>4.<\/span> <\/span>There is no need to restate the questions provided \u2013 just be sure to answer\/address them.<\/span><\/div>\n

d.<\/span> <\/span>What are their real estate holdings and how do they manage their facilities differently<\/span>
from the other firms in their industry?<\/span>

a.<\/span> <\/span>Review the firm\u2019s<\/span> <\/span>Income Statement<\/span> <\/span>(<\/span>aka:<\/span> <\/span>P&L<\/span> <\/span>or<\/span> <\/span>statement of operations<\/span>)<\/span> <\/span>for the<\/span>
last 5 years. Provide a chart that shows Revenues and Net Income for<\/span> <\/span>the most recent<\/span>
5-7 years available<\/span>. Analyze the trends and patterns you observe.<\/span>
b.<\/span> <\/span>Review the firm\u2019s<\/span> <\/span>Balance Sheet<\/span> <\/span>for the most recent 5-7 years available<\/span>. Include a bar<\/span>chart that shows Cash (and Cash equivalents) and Overall Debt for those years.<\/span>Analyze the trends and patterns you observe.<\/span>
