\nand opportunities and threats are considered external factors over which you

\nlikely the event may occur and the impact, which will affect your project.

\nyour organization is for a change. If the assessment is 50 or above your
\norganization is ready for change, ir it is less than 50 your organization may
\nneed some improvement by enablers to make a change. Complete the Organizational

\ncomplete while working on your project. <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\nLast is the Budget<\/span>. You created a budget in a previous
\nclass to identify what costs there might be for this project. Who will cover
\nthose costs? Do you have a plan to cover printing, tools you will use for
\npatients (glucose monitor, BP), what about the cost of labor for your team
\nmembers? <\/span>Every project has cost, if
\nnothing more than time. Create a budget thinking about your <\/span>project. I knew of a project one time that
\nhad a cost of beds (expensive items), but when it was presented to admin they
\nrealized that the cost of beds was less than the cost of one pressure ulcer and
