\nbook is written by Jeremy Williams, Jeremy Williams writes serious books for
\nadults, and less serious books for children. He grew up in Madagascar and Kenya

\nLuton, UK.<\/b><\/p>\n

The purpose and approach of this book is summarized,

The reason for me selecting this title is I think it will
\nstir an interesting debate. I am curious to read on his points and the
\ninfluence of his research in his claim that the current climate change
\nsituation is racist.” <\/b><\/p>\n

So, from reading this blurb I wrote above and researching
\nsample book reviews on the book, \u201cClimate Change Is Racist: Race, Privilege and
\nthe Struggle for Climate Justice by Jeremy Williams\u201d please write a book review
\non the novel. Please keep the tone of my initial blurb. Do understand I did
\nenjoy the book and that it was indeed an interesting perspective. <\/p>\n

Task:<\/span><\/u><\/b> Length:  <\/span><\/span><\/b>This always seems a bit arbitrary; but let\u2019s go with 1000 words
\nmore-or-less (but not much less).   <\/span>I
\nnote that your Climate Data and Information assignment required a minimum of
\n1000 words.  <\/span>So, there you are \u2013 perfect
\nsymmetry.   <\/span>And, if you get anywhere
\nclose to 1500 words you can assume I\u2019ve already stopped reading.  <\/span><\/p>\n

What to Write:   <\/span><\/span><\/b>You are all upper-division students who have probably had
\nexperience in writing book reviews. Read some book reviews in journals, NY
\nTimes, or any other publications if you need some guidance on how to do
\nit.  Also, I strongly suggest you read some of the reviews of your book to
\nsee what others have said about it.  <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

For further guidance I highly recommend the Writing Center at the
\nUniversity of North Carolina —  <\/span><\/span>Writing Center at the University of North Carolina<\/span><\/b><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\ninformation:<\/span>   Read
\nsome book reviews in journals, NY Times, or any other publications if you need
\nsome guidance on how to do it.  Also, I strongly suggest you read some
\nreviews on your book to see what others have said about it.<\/span><\/p>\n

I
\nam always reluctant to put word limits on your papers, but it seems they are
\nneeded just to give you a sense of how in-depth you need to be on this. 
\nSo….750 – 1000 <\/span>content-rich words in the
\nbody of the paper<\/span><\/strong>; that excludes bibliography
\netc.  If I scratch out all the fluff and all the redundancies, there
\nshould be at least 500 words remaining.  Most of you will go well over
\nthis limit without even trying.  That’s fine with me as long as it is content-rich.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
