Choose <\/span>ONE<\/span> <\/span>of the following topics to present:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022    What is the current image\/reputation of your workplace or institution? How can your workplace or institution improve its image\/reputation?<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022    What kind of marketing works best with students on college campuses? Word of mouth? Internet banner advertising? Social media? Free samples? How do students prefer to get information about goods and services?<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022    Why should a company have a written email, web use, and social media policy? What stipulations\/rules should be included in the policy?<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022    What is the career outlook in a field of your choice? Consider job growth, compensation, and benefits. What kind of academic or other experience is currently expected in your field? What qualifications should be added to your field?<\/span><\/p>\n

Incorporate the following into the presentation slides:<\/span><\/strong>
1.    Provide a cover slide with your name, course, and chosen topic.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.    Introduction slide: Your presentation should have an introduction. <\/span><\/p>\n

3.    Background: Provide background information associated with your topic. <\/span><\/p>\n

4.    Recommendations: Present at least three recommendations\/alternatives. The presentation should have very specific, easily identifiable main ideas or points.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022    Ensure each Recommendation has a clear heading and accurately explains each Recommendation. <\/span>
\u2022    Be sure to justify\/support your recommendations with research (in-text citations). In other words, your opinions must be supported by research.<\/span>
\u2022    APA style in-text citations must be used throughout your recommendations.<\/span><\/p>\n

5.    Conclusion and Recommendation: Summarize your findings, discussing all alternative recommendations. Select which Recommendation you ultimately choose as a solution to the question.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022    Do not let your presentation stop abruptly in mid-thought; there should be a thoughtful conclusion.<\/span><\/p>\n
