ISBN #978-1-59460-753-0, <\/span>which provide an overview of the issues of prosecutorial immunity, eyewitness identification procedures, and related legal rulings, students should be able to articulate key problems and issues that arise in identifying potential perpetrators. The associated videos provide applied examples of cases of wrongful convictions in both child and adult sexual assault cases. The purpose of this paper is to apply the legal and investigative issues in sex crimes to eyewitness identification and police procedures and responsibilities.<\/span><\/p>\n
