ACC 350 Module Three Intake\/Interview and Quality Review Test Guidelines and Rubric<\/h1>\n

Overview<\/h2>\n

For this activity, you will take the VITA Intake\/Interview and Quality Review test. The estimated completion time is two hours, not including the time it will take you to input your responses into the VITA Link & Learn system.<\/p>\n

Directions<\/h2>\n

Click on Form 6744 Volunteer Assistor\u2019s Test\/Retake (linked in the Supporting Materials section). This version of the test can be taken outside of the VITA Link & Learn system. You will read through this document and answer the questions before going to the VITA Link & Learn portal to input your answers. Once you\u2019re logged in to VITA Link & Learn, choose the Advanced tab and select the Intake\/Interview and Quality Review exam. It mirrors the version in Form 6744. Complete the exam. Take a screenshot of your final score. While a passing score is not required to receive credit for this activity, it is recommended because the <\/span>first two exams must be passed in order to take the Advanced Course test<\/span> <\/span>leading to VITA certification.<\/p>\n

You should complete all Intake\/Interview and Quality Review test questions in the Word answer sheet (linked in the What to Submit section) <\/span>before<\/span> <\/span>starting the test online. Once you\u2019ve completed the exam online, take a screenshot of the dialog box. The screenshot should include your name. You may take the test a <\/span>maximum of two times<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Specifically, you must address the following:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. VITA Tests Answer Sheet<\/span>: Submit a completed answer sheet (linked in What to Submit) as evidence of completing the Intake\/Interview and Quality Review test found in Form 6744. \n
      \n
    1. Complete the Form 6744 version of the test using the answer sheet provided.<\/li>\n
    2. Use IRS Publication 4491 (found in Supporting Materials) to find answers to tax theory and tax law.<\/li>\n
    3. Use IRS Publication 4012 (found in Supporting Materials) to find answers to VITA practices and procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    4. Online Test Results<\/span>: Submit a screenshot of your results as evidence of completing the online test.  \n
        \n
      1. Log in with your credentials and select the Advanced tab.<\/li>\n
      2. Select and start the Intake\/Interview and Quality Review test. This test will only appear in the list if you passed the Volunteer Standards of Conduct test in Module Two.<\/li>\n
      3. Complete the test and record your score by taking a screenshot.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Note<\/span>: Remember that if you haven\u2019t passed the Volunteer Standards of Conduct test in Module Two, the Intake\/Interview test will not appear in your list of available tests in VITA Link & Learn online, and you will not be able to receive credit for this criterion. <\/p>\n

        What to Submit<\/h2>\n

        Answer Sheet<\/span>: Use the <\/span>VITA Tests Answer Sheet<\/a><\/span> <\/span>to record your answers to both the test and retest questions prior to using the VITA Link & Learn portal. Submit your answer sheet in Word format.<\/p>\n

        Screenshot<\/span>: Submit a screenshot after you complete the test showing your passing certificate or screenshot showing your score. The screenshot must also show your login name (top right of screen).<\/p>\n
