\nmanufacturing company exporting to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and other
\nMiddle Eastern countries. The case study provides an insight into the food
\nprocessing industry of Bangladesh, the demand by expatriates and other segments
\nfor processed food, and the various entry strategies, tariffs, and importance
\nof free trading Zones in the Middle Eastern market.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nyou critically evaluate the international business operations of the Alin food
\nmanufacturing company from Bangladesh in the Middle East as described in the
\ncase study by Zaman et al. (2022). Based on your reading and understanding of
\nthe case (written in 2022), address the following points in your oral
\npresentation with clear and evidence-based explanations and justifications:<\/span><\/p>\n

\nin the case study, provides Alin with the most and the least feasible

Write a
\n1,500-word extended abstract for the executive leadership team of your
\norganisation (or one that you are familiar with) comparing international
\nbusiness strategies and recommending an appropriate foreign entry mode to three
\nforeign markets it is considering for investment in the Middle East region.

\nIB strategy, provide a comparative evaluation of global strategies for the

\nintended to provide your executive leadership team with a concise but
\nevidence-based comparison of the current risks and opportunities presented by
\nthe alternative IB strategic options, as well as a clear justification for the
\nrecommended entry mode\/s in lieu of a longer and more extensive report. As your
\ncomparison must be current, you will need to use at least 4 credible sources<\/b>
\npublished within the last two years, i.e. not before 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n
