The project focuses on a real-world problem, as stated in the (Proposal attached), that is, a draft of the problem, concepts, and proposed solutions.  <\/span>This project proposal aims to investigate and enhance the implementation of Preferential Trade Agreements (PTAs) within SCEPI’s global supply chain. SCEPI, a leading chemical company, faces challenges in fully leveraging PTAs due to integration issues with its ERP platform and reliance on manual processes, risking efficiency and compliance. By analyzing the components of PTAs, optimizing ERP systems, and identifying cost-saving opportunities, the study seeks to improve SCEPI’s competitiveness, achieving Global value chain and operational efficiency in the global market, focusing on trade regulations within frameworks like NAFTA and the EU. <\/span><\/p>\n
