\ninterdisciplinary and can contain texts from a range of fields, including but
\nnot limited to anthropology. These can include sociology, geography,
\nenvironmental studies, history, etc. <\/span><\/p>\n

\nscholarly texts<\/b> in your annotated bibliography \u2013 these can be peer-reviewed
\njournal articles or books.<\/span><\/p>\n

I am planning to conduct
\nobservational studies to document the treatments provided to the rescued
\nelephants. This involves direct observation of elephant care routines,
\nveterinary treatments, and behavioral changes before and after treatments. Analyzing
\nmedical records and treatment logs to quantify the types of treatments
\nadministered, frequency of treatments, and health outcomes for individual
\nelephants. This approach can provide objective data on the efficacy of specific
\ntreatments. I will also be using a body condition score (BCS) that estimates
\nadiposity based on visual or tactile evaluations of muscle tone and key skeletal
\nelements. BCS is commonly used for managing and caring for animals, and extreme
