\navailable in the assignment 2 space on Canvas (the .pdf files are among the attachments). You need to discuss the methods
\nused in their development, using many of the same skills as you used in
\nassessment 1. However, in this assessment you will be drawing mainly on;<\/span><\/p>\n

1.    
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>the information gained around validity
\nand reliability, and<\/i> <\/span><\/p>\n

2.    
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>the reported psychometric properties and<\/i>
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

3.    
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>methods used in the test construction.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

We are not
\nexpecting you to cover methods beyond that which has been taught in this
\nmodule. We will expect to see;<\/span><\/p>\n

1.    
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>evidence of critical thinking and
\nevidence of applying the module knowledge to these tests. <\/span><\/p>\n

2.    
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>This means evaluating the strengths
\nand weaknesses of the claims the authors make about their psychological
\ninstruments.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.    
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>You will need to look for evidence
\nbehind the paper\u2019s claims, making sure that you mention any important
\ncontroversies, incomplete knowledge, or mixed findings on the topic.<\/span><\/p>\n

The assessment
\nshould be presented in a word-processed document (uploaded as a .doc, docx, or
\n.pdf) with your name and a word count on a title page at the start. Use
\nacademic writing style and APA-style citations and a References list. <\/span><\/p>\n
